This food truck didn't sell mini tacos, deep friend whatever, or chase after a Michelin star. What we did was pop up in city centers and farmers markets where other food trucks gathered. So meet people at the moment they were satisfying a craving, to talk about how kids in rural America often are incapable of getting healthy food to satisfy their cravings.
